How do you arrange shipping from China?
Shipment usually takes 10-25 days after the deposit. We work with professional freight forwarders to handle customs clearance. We also offer door-to-door delivery services to save you time and trouble.
Do you provide samples?
Yes, we offer samples free of charge. Delivery costs are typically covered by the buyer (DHL, FedEx, etc.), but these fees are refunded once an order is confirmed.
What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Regular MOQ is between 20-50 sqm or approximately 10 pieces for furniture items. We also welcome trial orders for discussion.
What are the payment terms?
Standard payment is via TT. For amounts less than USD 2000, 100% is paid before processing. For amounts over USD 2000, a 30% deposit is required before processing, with the remaining 70% paid before shipping.
